Job summary
Are you a customer-focused, self-motivated, innovative, ambitious person experienced in Training Development and Business Change, with SystmOne Prison and Mental Health experience. Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in an influential role within the HJIS training team.
Due to a current vacant position we are looking for an experienced Training Development and Business Change Specialist to join the HJIS training team. The team of over 16 staff offers Training and Development services to ["a wide array of clients across the health sector, including the Secure & Detained Estate". The Training Development and Business Change Specialist has a key role in ensuring that the London sites are supported with all of their training requirements, processes are managed, and outlined using Visio, training materials are kept up to date and documents are designed and created for the new deployment projects
This role is based at the Canary Wharf office OR We offer hybrid working in this role meaning that the successful candidate can work from a mixture of locations including home, NECS offices and customer locations.
Main duties of the job
This role will be responsible for:
Working autonomously within geographical areas and lead independently on developing and delivering training packages
Design, review and develop effective training guides to support training delivery, whilst also managing the e-learning platform
Monitoring and evaluation of training activities and feedback forms to ensure that business needs are being delivered and met
Manage business change activities, capturing the As Is and To Be approach using MS Visio
Deliver specialist SystmOne training using a variety of methods, such as face to face on-site, or remotely via MS Teams
