Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, established Business Analysis team within the Business Information Systems department. NECS works across the UK to support health and social care customers in meeting strategic and operational challenges, to improve outcomes and increase efficiency.
Whether in support of long-term strategic change or transformation, short-term high-impact activity or managing back-office services at scale to relieve organisations of its management and operational burdens, NECS can design and deliver cost-effective, innovative and high-quality solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
This will be an agile based role enabling the flexibility to work from home or NECS offices when it is not essential to work from client's premises.

Main duties of the job
Undertake business requirements analysis and market research to identify appropriate solutions to support NECS customer needs and delivery of its BIS Programme.
Ensure that internal and external (As Is) processes are understood, mapping these processes, ensuring that they are accurate, timely, consistent and fit for purpose.
Develop new processes (To Be) which contribute towards the achievement of the Digital Strategy and related projects.
Produce GAP analysis documents to clearly highlight the changes and development required
Develop, document and (where required) implement and manage core business processes for the Project team and other internal or external stakeholders
Contribute to development of business cases, including ROI analysis as well as support benefits realisation plans with other internal teams
Contribute expertise, knowledge and skill to large scale and complex programmes
Develop and incorporate business analysis processes across the Project team to ensure consistency in approach to ensure projects are effective
Maintain an awareness of current and emerging technologies that could be beneficial to NECS and its customers and undertake the piloting and testing of these where appropriate
Maintain a detailed knowledge of Health Service processes and procedures in a range of organisational settings with particular reference to aspects that are likely to affect/require changes to current ways of working.
