To undertake the role of named nurse providing assessment, implementation of care and treatment and evaluation. Ensure the care given is patient centred, multidisciplinary, collaborative and evidence based.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated registered mental health nurses (RMN/RNMH) on Admissions Unit in Royal Glamorgan Hospital . Admissions Unit is an Acute Psychiatric admission ward. Candidates should have experience within the field of adult mental health.
