The successful candidate will be able to use evidenced based patient centred approach to assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment plans to support residents physical and psychological needs.
You will also work with residents, and team members to identify goals and set person-centred treatment plans.
As a team we would welcome someone who is able to join us and contribute to our team approach to support our residents. The successful candidate will be an individual who is willing to learn and is happy to partake in open discussions around resident interventions and care.
The Salary will dependant on experience.
