Job summary

We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Administrator in the CAMHS Getting Help Team Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM). The role will be 30 hours per week and we are looking for a candidate who can support the team 9.00 - 17.00 Monday - Thursday.

The RBWM Getting Help Team is a new early intervention CAMHS service. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, flexible with a warm personality and great people skills.

Main duties of the job

  • You will support the effective operation of the Getting Help Team. This includes providing the required administrative support to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, and children, young people and families receive a seamless and timely service.
  • This is a key role within a developing service and the job requires a high degree of flexibility in response to workload agendas.
  • You will be expected to act on your own initiative daily to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising the workload as required.
  • You will liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
