We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the development of a Maternal Medicine Network within the region.
The aim of Maternal Medicine Network (MMN) is to ensure women with acute and chronic medical problems have timely access to specialist advice and care at all stages of pregnancy.Maternal Medicine Networks are central to NHS England's Improvement strategy for reducing mortality for all pregnant woman and reducing neonatal morbidity and mortality. They are also a key feature of the Long-Term Plan and more recent Ockenden Reports.
The Administrator will support the Network Manager, MMN Clinical Lead and Lead Midwife as well as the MMN Chair of the Board, to ensure the smooth running of the Network and the delivery of its key objectives.
Main duties of the job
To provide a professional, confidential, and comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Senior Team within the North West Maternal Medicine Network.
Furthermore, the post holder will act as Secretary to the North West Maternal Medicine Network Board.
