Job summary

Trust Doctor in ENT

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a number of Trust Doctors (FY2 - ST2 Level), to develop ENT skills in an energetic and teaching focused ENT department.

The Trust Doctor will be expected to work for all ENT consultants and will be exposed to all of the sub-specialties of ENT.

The department provides comprehensive service for both adults and children in all aspects of ENT. The post holder will be based at East Surrey, but will be also be expected to undertake clinical work at Crawley and Horsham Hospitals.

Full participation in all of the educational activities taking place in the Trust is strongly encouraged and the post holder will be supervised and given study leave in line with other trainees.

The candidate will participate in ward rounds, clinics and attending theatre.

The post holder will take part in residential on-call duties, with a 1 in 6 intensity, attracting a banding of 1A (50%).
