Main duties of the job

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking Senior Pharmacist to join our Outpatient Pharmacy team. You will need to be organised and well-motivated and have excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new situations. You will have the autonomy and support to innovate and develop new services, both clinical and retail.

You must be, or about to be, registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have experience in community or hospital pharmacy management. This is a full time post, with weekend and Bank Holiday duties as per rota.

  • Qualified UK Pharmacist with post qualification experience
  • Strong communication skills - must be able to recognise and overcome barriers to understanding e.g. language, deaf, learning difficulties
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise, plan and organise
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clean DBS or able to pass one when required
  • Fluent written and spoken English including good numeracy
  • Demonstrable commitment to CPD and a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
