CUH is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to deliver administrative services across all areas of the Trust.
To help achieve this we have a centralised process in place designed to match your skills and experience to a suitable role. Specific tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on the role. You will work as part of a supportive administrative team providing, high quality and co-ordinated admin support.
No NHS experience is necessary although some general admin and clerical experience, excellent customer care skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment are key.
If you prefer the flexibility of working in temporary placements, you also have the opportunity of registering on the Staff Bank via the centralised recruitment process.
A range of training and educational opportunities are available for all staff, designed to support personal development and career progression. The Trust has launched a brand new administrative academy induction programme designed specifically to support and orientate new staff with the essential information and skills needed for a smooth transition in joining the CUH family.
Main duties of the job
Our aim is to match you as closely as we can to suitable roles. Depending on your circumstances and availability, you may be put forward for full time, part-time, permanent or registration with Staff Bank Services who provide temporary staffing throughout the Trust.
You will work as part of an administrative team providing, high quality and co-ordinated support as specified within the role available.
General admin and clerical experience are essential along with excellent time management, organisational, communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
