Job summary
Critical Care Services are seeking experienced, professional, motivated nurses to join our team in the role of Band 7 Clinical Team manager.
Following a team restructure within Critical Care at the West Suffolk Hospital we are in a position to be able to offer the opportunity of clinical team managers to join our nursing workforce. The successful candidate(s) will have proven experience of critical care nursing at band 6 level or above with previous management experience desirable.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve supporting the Senior Lead Nurse and Operational Manager in both the leadership and daily management of the department and team, as well as having a vision for the services development and a keen interest in delivering on quality improvement initiatives. Experience of change management would be beneficial and excellent communication skills are essential. STAFF CAR PARKING
Staff Car Parking on the West Suffolk Hospital Site is eligible for individuals working outside of the core hours, 07:00 18:30.
For individuals working within the core hours, the Trust offers parking off site at the Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club, which is serviced by a regular shuttle bus to and from the Hospital. Details of the bus timetable can be found in the on-line starter pack on the West Suffolk Hospital website.
This parking restriction does not apply if an individual is required to work on a weekend or if they are required to complete on call duties within their role.
