Job summary
University Hospitals Dorset are looking for a full time Lead Manager for Workforce Systems.
Duties will include:
- To lead Workforce Systems Service and teams, ensuring provision of responsive, customer focused, high-quality, cost-effective services to the Trust.
- To drive the teams to deliver high standards of performance against agreed KPI's.
- To identify opportunities and drive for new and innovative solutions to workforce challenges, utilising and developing the functionality of systems and technology and realising return on investments in line with the Trust's strategic vision.
Base Location: Yeomans Way

Main duties of the job
- To apply specialist experience in the design and development of the Trust's Workforce Systems Strategy.
- To apply advanced levels of skill and expertise in leading the delivery of trust-wide programmes of work to realise these strategies in support of the People Plan.
- To provide advanced subject matter expertise in relation to cross-trust workforce systems day to day application, dependencies and benefits realisation e.g. advanced roster management, ESR
- To contribute to and shape relevant broader NHS cross-Dorset strategies.
