The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is the host organisation for the Clinical Research Network East Midlands (CRN EM), one of the 15 LCRNs across England which form part of the National Institute for Health Research Clinical Research Network.

The CRN East Midlands have recently undertaken a review of it's flexible workforce known as the Research Support Team, which has led to a number of new roles.

The CRN East Midlands is looking for an individual to undertake a clinical and administrative role supporting NIHR portfolio research studies. Applicants should have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be computer literate, with experience in data collection systems, attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work on own initiative. Experience in clinical skills, the delivery of clinical research trials, commercial and non-commercial, is advantageous, but not essential, as training can be given.

This post requires the individual to regularly travel across the Lincolnshire region, so applicants must be willing and able to travel. The post holder will be based at Beech House, Witham Park, Lincoln, with a requirement for some travel across the East Midlands.
