WOMEN & CHILDRENS DIVISION

Rotational Senior Clinical Fellow Paediatric Intensive Care, Neonatology and Neonatal Transport

An 18 months rotational post is available for a Senior Clinical Fellow to work across paediatric intensive care, neonatology and neonatal transport. Each element of the rotation will be for 6 months and commences March 5th 2018. You will be based at The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel which provides one of the largest acute paediatric services and paediatric trauma services in London; with over 110 paediatric and neonatal, surgical and medical beds. The hospital is the tertiary referral centre for paediatric medical specialities (endocrinology, gastroenterology, haematology, oncology and respiratory medicine), surgical specialities and provides the regional neonatal unit with neonatal surgery and the regional Neonatal Transport Service (NTS). The London Helicopter Emergency Service (HEMS) is also based at The Royal London Hospital.

An educational programme, supervision and appraisal are provided. There will also be ample opportunity for audit and those wishing to undertake research will be encouraged.

Individuals will require full GMC Registration and will hold MRCPCH, FRCS, CEM or Primary FRCA.
