The Grange Group Practice serves a diverse population of 16,000 patients and strives to lead the way for Primary Care in Huddersfield. The Practice QOF figures are consistently high. We are a flagship Practice who enjoys adapting to the challenge of the ever changing Primary Care landscape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for examining, diagnosing and treating patients presenting with a range of acute and ongoing problems as part of a large, experienced clinical team including GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and Health Care Assistants. Full time and part time applicants will be considered.

Our ethos focuses on development and innovation in Primary Care. We are proud of the supportive environment at the practice and our ANPs benefit from regular clinical supervision and support sessions, clinical governance MDT meetings and dedicated time allowance for personal development, training and peer review.
