Having secured £450m of capital investment to complete our reconfiguration plans, this new post provides a fantastic opportunity to provide specialist and integrated support to deliver the Trust Quality Strategy “Becoming the Best.

This new and exciting role is aligned to the UHL Quality and People Strategies.

The People Partner will be responsible for ensuring that effective and appropriate plans are in place to deliver the priority areas of the People Strategy in partnership with the People and OD Team. This post holder will lead transformational change to the HR Generalist function to deliver additional OD capacity and capability.

Your primary base will be Leicester Royal Infirmary and you will be expected to work across all three acute hospital sites and travel to other NHS sites.

Applications are invited from those who are hold as a minimum a Degree in a HRM qualification or equivalent, be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and have the CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma in HRM or equivalent experience.
