e-Systems/Workforce Team Leader

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to provide day-to-day supervision for the e-Systems/Workforce Team and to take a lead in the use of our electronic workforce systems, including Healthroster and ESR.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer-service skills, the ability to manage a team and meet deadlines, as well as excellent attention to detail. With A level or equivalent qualifications in Math and English you will ideally have extensive Microsoft Excel skills.

The post offers the opportunity to play a key role in the management, utilisation and development of workforce systems in the Trust as it plans for its move to a bespoke, purpose-built hospital on the world-class Cambridge Biomedical Campus (CBC).

It will initially be based in Papworth Everard and then from June 2018 will be based in our Administrative Offices in Huntingdon. There may be some requirement for travel to Papworth Everard until August 2018 and then to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus from September 2018
