About the challenge

As Donor Marketing Operations Co-ordinator, you will be responsible in ensuring donor attendance is matched to business plan requirements in regards to the session support programme. It will be down to you to make sure that all session marketing campaigns have a positive impact on appointment booking, performance and the frequency of active donors.

Reporting to the Donor Marketing Operations Manager you will be directly accountable for delivering and exceeding set objectives, applying standard decision making tools to plan effective and efficient session support to donors. You’ll strive to provide the best of advice to donors, the public and colleagues by the use of the regulatory and marketing guidelines, ensuring that all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are in order.

This post will also cover the Southampton area, so travel will be essential. You will be required to work varying days and hours, as well as spending time away from base, including occasional overnight stays (with prior notice).

About you

With excellent ability to obtain, analyse and review research, you will bring your expertise in ensuring delivery expectations are understood and consistently met whilst recording activities and results in the marketing database for future interrogation.

Working closely with the Donor Marketing Operations Manager you will show your demonstrated ability in promoting good working relationships and excellent interpersonal skills. Above all, you will have the skills and determination to help deliver our key objective: to save and improve lives.
