A vacancy has arisen for a Specialist in Special Care Dentistry to work across multiple sites throughout the beautiful county of Wiltshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to apply their specialist dental knowledge and skills to lead the special care dental team in the provision of comprehensive dental care for patients with complex special needs. The role will include participating in GA & IHS Lists and in providing domiciliary care.

The person should be innovative, flexible and committed to work in a team environment while providing high standards of clinical care.

This role is best suited to someone who is looking for a demanding but rewarding role which will be varied and give the opportunity to share expertise through mentoring colleagues and drive the service forward. The peripatetic nature of the post means that this role requires considerable travel between sites.

Current employees should be aware that this position is advertised as a GWH position and appointment ends any TUPE protection.

All candidates are required to pay for their own DBS check where applicable. Standard DBS check costs £26 and will be recovered from your first pay; Enhanced DBS check costs £44 and will be split and recovered over the first 2 pay.

Bank posts requiring a DBS check; payment must be made prior to commencing.

Apprentices are exempt from payment.
