As Herefordshire’s GP federation we are supporting the development of various roles to enable teams to have the right skill mix to deliver high quality care, Advanced Nurse Practitioners are highly valued professionals and are considered key to f our innovative solution for the future.

We have vacancies for Advanced Nurse Practitioners who are independent nurse prescribers with primary care experience and a keen interest in the opportunity to work flexibly across Herefordshire. Advanced health assessment skills accompanied by an MSc/Post graduate diploma or equivalent are essential. A mentorship qualification is desirable however training will be provided for the right applicants.

  • Salary up to £68.4k depending on experience
