If you are:

An experienced strong operational leader with the ability to influence and engage others.

Educated to Masters level or demonstrable experience

Have a proven track record of delivering performance standards / targets whilst under pressure.

Lead service changes to improve performance

Are skilled at working with multiple stakeholders to drive system wide change.

Able to work with clinical colleagues to develop patient pathways which deliver best practice whilst maintaining financial performance.

Are skilled at leading, developing and embedding the business planning process within a Service, Department and across the Children division.

Have proven track of successful delivery of cost improvement programmes

Wish to further develop your operational leadership skills as well as welcoming service development and innovation
