An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic Staff Engagement and Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester.

You will be joining a highly motivated and committed team to deliver the Trust’s Health and Wellbeing and Staff Engagement priorities; supporting the Senior Staff Engagement Manager in embedding and developing health and wellbeing support for staff at Leicester’s hospitals.

You will have an understanding of how staff engagement can enhance patient care and experience and will also have a role in promotion of and increasing participation in both the Staff Friends and Family Test and the annual NHS Staff Survey. You will be involved in delivering actions to improve response rates to the surveys and in addressing key issues raised.

You will also have an interest in and understanding of the benefits of staff health and wellbeing and the key national and local drivers behind this .
