Business Support for 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service

We are looking for a well organised and highly motivated part-time Business Support Administrator to join and support our 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service based primarily at the Adelaide Health Centre, on the Western Community Hospital Campus in Southampton.

Our 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service is made up of Health Visitors, School Nurses and various Southampton City Council partners who, all together provide an essential comprehensive support to all our children in Southampton City from birth to 19yrs. Therefore we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer / patient experience with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The successful applicant will have:

  • strong leadership skills and be a good team player

  • be able to use own initiative and apply a common sense approach to problems

  • have a meticulous eye for detail, an enquiring mind and a willingness to learn

  • strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • be organised, able to multi task and work under pressure

  • proven skills in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word and Outlook

We have 2 positions available at 22.5 hours per week and we would like the successful candidates to be able to work together and cover for one another during periods of annual leave and sickness.
