Would you like a rewarding job? Working with clients in the community? We are a small team of nurses who are committed to providing high quality care for patients undertaking dialysis treatment in their own homes.

We have a cohort of approximately 50 adult patients within the county of Northamptonshire. We are based at the Northampton Dialysis Unit and have another office and clinical facilities at Kettering Dialysis Unit.

The role will include teaching patients to self care whilst supporting them and their families in the home environment. Health promotion and patient empowerment are a large part of this job.

As this post is community based the applicant must be able to provide their own transport during working hours. Work mileage costs will be reimbursed. We require a registered nurse with relevant years experience within the renal field. Haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis experience would be an advantage.

Training will be provided and there are opportunities for further professional development.
