This is your chance to change lives as you support our work to promote donation sessions, attract new donors and reward our donors for their dedication. Enthusiastic and committed with good IT skills, you will principally work within blood donation ensuring that we meet our collection targets, though you will also support acquisition marketing and donor recognition ceremonies. It’s an excellent opportunity to build your marketing know-how through a range of field and desk-based activities.


It’s likely you’ll bring solid experience of excellent customer service in marketing-related role. You will definitely be qualified to A-level standard or have NVQ Level 3. A full driving licence and the ability to work away from base to meet the needs of the role and the organisation will be essential. Strong on identifying the best form of communication to use, you will have the ability to obtain, analyse and review research and information drawn from various sources in a systematic way. Experience of assisting with event management would be desirable.


Our dedicated team collects, tests, stores and delivers blood, plasma and tissue to every NHS Trust in the England, as well as matching, allocating and analysing organ donations UK wide. As an essential service, we’re committed to positive transformation and are currently embarking on an ambitious programme of change.
