Southern Health is one of the largest Foundation Trusts in the UK, specialising in mental health, adult and child community health and learning disabilities.


Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an Administration Officer to join the iTalk Service, on a full time basis.

The team is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated administrator to ensure that the administration of the italk service is carried out efficiently and professionally. The role will be varied, but will include the booking of patient appointments and supporting italk therapists.

The post will be based at Black Horse House, Eastleigh, and you will be required to work with other members of the italk administration and management team as well as external partners, such as Solent Mind.

The successful applicant will be expected to have a positive approach to customer care, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a very demanding and busy environment. The successful applicant will also have excellent IT skills and a willingness to learn.
