This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated person to join the ENT team as a Team Leader. Based at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, the ENT department is a growing, fast-paced service and we are looking for someone to take on the role of team leader to the administrative team for outpatients and inpatients.

You will have at least 3 years' administrative experience, preferably within a large organisation or medical setting and will have experience of dealing with patients or customers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of patient pathways, in particular cancer and RTT pathways and will have some experience of the various IT systems we use (i.e. HISS, Patient Centre, ORMIS). Previous line management experience would be an advantage, as would knowledge of some of the current Trust policies and procedures.

You will need to be able to use your own initiative and to work autonomously whilst motivating the team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and positive.
