Learning and Development Facilitator (Finance and Apprenticeship Level) 

Salary: Agenda for Change Band 5 (£24,214 - £30,112)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside the apprenticeship lead within this brand-new role.

The post holder will be a competent user of apprenticeship financial systems (e.g. DAS), developing and providing regular and ad-hoc reports and ensuring data quality. The post holder will support the work of the apprenticeship education lead and the practice placement quality team in the education training and development department. 

You will need excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to use technology such as Microsoft excel to support the day to day administration of learning programmes.  There will be a requirement to financially forecast the use of the apprenticeship levy as well as monitor the progress of learners on programme, liaising with management teams and learning providers to ensure timely completions.
