Exciting opportunity for Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our new and innovative practice

Band 8a dependent on experience & qualifications

We are seeking to recruit an ACP with an independent prescribing qualification and who is looking for their next career development opportunity. Experience of managing acute illness would be very welcome but we are keen to hear from all ACPs who have relevant skills transferable to Primary Care.

We are Holderness Health – a brand new organisation which came together on 1st October 2018 from our three founding practices Church View Surgery, Hedon Group Practice and South Holderness Medical Practice.We are now the largest practice in the East Riding of Yorkshire and have significant ambitions for the future.

We have the scale, diversity and breadth of skills within our large team to help you to develop your career, pursue areas of interest and take advantage of the opportunities we offer. With truly local control we intend to keep the best of traditional patient centred Primary Care with all the benefits of a larger organisation.Most importantly for you, we have extensive experience in providing a supportive environment for advanced practitioners. Support & mentoring can be provided to further enhance clinical practice

We are the first Primary Care Home site in the East Riding and are committed to working with local partners for the benefit of our local community. The practice has a number of leadership roles across the local NHS and has a proud history of being innovators in education.

Our practice comprises:

  • Approximately 36,000 patients

  • A diverse clinical team that includes nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physiotherapist ACP and paramedic ACP

  • Over 120 staff 19 GP Partners

  • 3 main sites and 4 branch sites
