Healthshare is a clinically led, independent provider of innovative, community-based services to the NHS services to local GPs and due to continued growth, we are in the exciting position of recruiting a HR Administrator to be based in our Head Office (Kings Hill, Kent).

This role will undertake administrative duties within the Human Resources department; providing admin assistance to both the HR Manager and the HR team. In an expanding and developing organisation, this role will verify completeness of admin processes and maintain compliance of training and development data, and compliance of all personnel information using the People HR staff information platform. Interpersonal skills are vital to provide support to Clinicians and Staff.

The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of MS Office packages including Excel, Word & PowerPoint, have the ability and willingness to work well within a team, possess a high level of accuracy and pay good attention to detail.

Healthshare is seeking an individual to work 40 hours per week which will be divided evenly between the HR Department, flexible working arrangements can be provided. Interviews will comprise of competency and value based questions.
