We are looking for a well motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Single Point of Access/Emotional Wellbeing Service Admin Team based over two sites, Netherthorpe House and the Crisis Hub at the Longley Centre. They will be an element of late working within the role.

Your duties will include taking telephone calls to the Single Point of Access, referring people to the relevant staff within the Team. You will also take referrals from GP’s, other agencies and Service Users. You will be expected to type reports and letters via our digital dictation system (Big Hand) directly on to our Patient Information System (Insight). You will be expected to co-ordinate room booking, arranging and taking minutes of all relevant meetings and the booking of interpreters and transport when required.

You must be able to organise your own workload, prioritise your work effectively and have the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as an awareness of issues in relation to confidentiality.

The key requirement of this role is excellent communication, organisational skills and be able to converse with a wide range of professionals at all levels. You should be flexible, adaptable and willing to work as part of a team in order to meet the changing needs of the service.

It is essential that you have a good standard of education at GCSE level including English Language and Maths at a minimum of Grade C / Level 4 and RSA 3 Word Processing / Typing or equivalent. You will need to be trained to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent. Previous admin / secretarial experience are essential.

The  hours of work are Monday to Friday within he working hours of 08:00 - 20:00 hours.

The salary is dependent on experience.
