Senior HR Adviser

Location: Split between Banbury and Bicester

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours (or a minimum of 30 hours, ideally worked over 5 days)

Salary: Circa 28K


Established in 2004, PML is a not for profit company employing around 200 employees providing NHS primary care and community services to patients in the local community.


This is an interesting and varied operational “hands on role” providing you with the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of HR areas. Working closely with the Deputy Director of HR and OD to ensure day to day HR services are delivered, managers are supported with change management plans, and progressing the new People Development Strategy.

You will have strong experience of providing generalist HR services with a strong focus on recruitment, and including employee relations, and ideally some exposure to TUPE. A track record of working in a busy HR department would be helpful, as well as experience of providing managers with up to date advice and support on wide range of HR matters. You will also need to demonstrate an understanding and application of new employment legislation, and have or are actively working towards CIPD qualifications.
