We are looking to recruit Registered Nursing Associates to join our friendly and supportive team on Ward 31. This is an acute Adult General Medical Ward.

The Trust has recently made a significant investment in nursing staff – both registered and unregistered. We want to become one of the best hospitals in Greater Manchester and to continuously improve. We are now on a journey to become a hospital that consistently delivers high standards of care to all our patients - this is an exciting time to join the Trust and to be part of this journey. This opportunity would suit individuals with an interest in developing their knowledge and skills within the division. We are committed to supporting you in developing your nursing career.

The role will be to work alongside the Band 5 Staff Nurses to assess, implement and evaluate care to a high standard, and assist in the management and organisation of work in the clinical area. You will be a progressive team player and a good role model. You will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will have personal values and behaviours closely aligned to those of the Trust – Safety, Care, Communication, Respect and Learning.
