We are looking for Registered Nurses and Operating Department Practitioners to join our operating department team at St Michaels Hospital, Hayle, where exciting things are happening!!

St Michael’s is part of Royal Cornwall Trust; it is primarily an Orthopaedic site, with 3 of its 4 theatres dedicated to orthopaedic elective work. The other theatre is dedicated to our breast surgery service, which offers outstanding care to our patients. St Michael’s is working hard to become a centre of excellence for elective Orthopaedics; we have recently created a higher bay on our inpatient ward to allow us to undertake more complex cases.

Our vision and current developments include an enhanced level care facility, increased theatre capacity and a research hub focused on orthopaedic surgery.

St Michael’s hold several social events throughout the year, all department are involved in these events, and often includes the local community.
