We are looking for a Band 7 palliative CNS to join our First Contact team as Triage CNS’s.

We are looking for experienced and versatile Clinical Nurse Specialists with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to join our First Contact team. The role primarily involves reviewing and triaging all referrals for the North London Hospice. You will act as a specialist resource for other health professionals, patients & carers. The post holder will be flexible in order to accommodate new ways of working in the future aimed at reaching more people. You will work closely with the community clinical nurse specialists to support specific developments aimed at ensuring more people achieve their preferred place of care. You should have a relevant degree or diploma. Palliative care or oncology experience is essential.
