City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) is an independent, co-owned “for better profit” and co-owned Community Interest Company providing high quality local health and care services in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, Wigan and St Helens.

Our vision is to lead and inspire through excellence, compassion and expertise in all that we do and we are looking for exceptional people to work with us to provide the highest possible care to the people who use our services.

We deliver over 50 diverse services in community settings, helping to minimise the need for acute care in hospital. We employ around 2,400 people, which means we have lots of opportunities for progression and development; we recognise enthusiasm, innovation and dedication and are keen to give colleagues with these qualities a chance to shine.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality patient care and our core values of service and excellence, equality and diversity, creativity and innovation and co-operation and partnership help us to do this. We want people who join CHCP CIC to share these values, which are firmly rooted in our culture along with the seven Cs of care, compassion, competence, communication, courage, commitment and candour.

We can offer an excellent package of benefits, including becoming a shareholder in CHCP CIC (at a cost of only £1), giving you the chance to have a voice in your business.

This is a small team that consists of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy staff. Therapy is provided to patients in the community, either in their own homes or in a care home setting. The team provides therapy services to both Intermediate Care and Community Rehab patients, and as such, the day to day work is very varied. Patients are aged 18 and over, and have a wide variety of conditions, such as Frailty, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer and many others.

The successful applicant will be lone working for some of the time, but will have access to regular supervision, and will have good support from their team. There will be opportunities to network with colleagues via the professional development group, and to participate in regular CPD and training to develop your skills.

At City Health Care Partnership CIC we put our patients and our people at the centre of everything we do, we ensure we never lose sight of why we are here and we recognise that high quality care is delivered by high quality people who are appreciated, respected and supported. Our staff have access to excellent training opportunities, and we aim to support our staff to become the best practitioners that they can be.

Part time hours would be considered.
