Clinical Fellow (CT1/2 Equivalent) In ICU/Emergency Dept

(Full Time or Part Time)

We wish to appoint a number of Clinical Fellows (CT1/2 Equivalent) in Intensive Care Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine to commence on 5th August 2020 until 4th August 2020. 12 Month posts are available with 6 months in each speciality or 6 or 12 months in a single speciality depending on individual requirements.

Full Registration with the GMC is essential, as is expected completion of Foundation level (F2) competencies before commencing the post.

Posts are based at Southmead Hospital, Bristol. There are up to 5 posts of 12 months ICM, and up to 6 posts of 6 months each in EM and ICM. A number of 6-month posts in ICM or EM only may also be available to start in either Aug 2020 or Feb 2021.

North Bristol NHS Trust is the largest acute trust in the South West of England. Southmead Hospital is a designated Major Trauma Centre, as well as a regional referral centre for renal medicine, urology, vascular and transplant surgery, neurology and neurosurgery. The trust has good links with the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England. Experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices or equivalent is essential.
