An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Nursing Associate

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Nursing Associate who would like to be part of a highly motivated and supportive team.  This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of safe and effective services for patients within the community. You will work with patients as part of the Primary Care Networks providing nursing care for a wide range of conditions to people in their own home.

In return, we offer a comprehensive induction programme, clinical supervision, support with continuing professional development and revalidation.

You will be supported by the Team Lead for the Community Network to develop your skills and will work independently to support development of the service and implement evidence based practice.  Relevant clinical experience, communication skills, a flexible approach and an ability to priorotise their work.

Due to the nature of this role a car with business insurance and a current driving license are essential for this post.

Recruitment and Retention Premium
