Due to service reconfiguration an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Long Term Conditions Support Services on a one year fixed term contract working within the Community Physiotherapy Team and Falls Prevention Service. The role provides administrative support for the teams, ensuring appropriate triage of referrals, maintenance of accurate data regarding team activity, management of correspondence and telephone communication with patients to book appointments and deal with queries.

We are looking for a Band 3 Administrator to join our team of physiotherapists and rehabilitation assistants. You will need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a group. The post-holder will be supported by senior team members. 

Central to this role are:

- strong communication skills

- an ability to provide clerical support to the clinical teams

- experience of working autonomously and as part of a team 

A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes is required due to site access and the possibility of travelling to other sites for meetings.

Recruitment and Retention Premium

Recruitment and Retention Premium applies to the following posts:

Successful applicants within the staff groups above will receive -

  • £1000 upon commencement (payable in your first months’ salary) then;
