We are recruiting a Gastroenterology Medical Secretary who shares our vision and can be guided by our Trust’s core values of kind, collaborative, aspirational and expert.

As a qualified Medical Secretary you will be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and staff throughout the Gastroenterology Department. You will be expected to provide comprehensive, efficient and confidential administration and secretarial support to the Gastroenterology Clinical Teams.

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as word processing and IT skills. The successful applicant will be expected to effectively prioritise work and meet challenging deadlines. You will possess good keyboard skills and a confident telephone manner. You will also have Customer Service experience.

This post is a part time role for 15 hours/per week and is a fixed term contract (maternity cover) until the end of January 2021.
