If you have a passion for health improvement and experience of behaviour change interventions, coupled with a passion and understanding of the benefits of breastfeeding, local health issues and barriers to choosing a healthy lifestyle in St Helens then this could be the role for you.

The St Helens Wellbeing Service are seeking to appoint a Breast / Infant Feeding Support Workerto work alongside the existing team and partners. The roles require dedication, skills and sensitivity in supporting mums with breastfeeding and introducing solid foods. Also, with ongoing support through working on the post-natal ward, through home visits and facilitating local community groups and an involvement in wider promotion of breastfeeding throughout the Borough.

You would be joining an established team with a variety of experiences and backgrounds with which you can learn from, as well as plenty of opportunities for training and development within the role.
