An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Reception Team Leader to join our friendly and dynamic Reception Team.

The successful candidate must be able to prioritise their own workload as well as supporting the reception team in the management of their workloads. We are looking for a confident individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have excellent problem solving skills when dealing with issues that may arise.

You must be confident when communicating with staff and patients and you will be expected to use your own initiative for day to day decision making. The post will involve working as a receptionist during some parts of your working week to support front of house duties and cover holidays and sickness when required.

You will need a friendly and approachable manner towards both patients and staff with a non-judgmental and flexible approach.
