The Women and Children’s Performance Team is looking for a part-time Data Validator.

The role requires a systematic approach, initiative, an eye for detail, good organisation and excellent IT and keyboard skills. You will need to manage data validation tasks and correct data in accordance with Government Access Targets and North Bristol NHS Trust’s Patient Access Policy using the Lorenzo Patient Administration System.

You will have an understanding of complex medical terminology and the ability to analyse and query data, using initiative and independent judgement finding solutions when problems arise. You will be able to work effectively under pressure and produce accurate work.

The role requires a high level of commitment and enthusiasm with effective time management while working to deadlines within a busy high volume environment. Working within a team requires a degree of flexibility providing support and training to team members.

You should be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will liaise with medical, administrative and management colleagues within the Trust.

This is a key role as part of a friendly team and you will receive appropriate support and training for the role.
