We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Coordinator to join the CHUGGS Clinical Management Group working in the Oncology Department. The post is initially 28.5 hours with a view to becoming full-time in the near future.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy teams as a Clinic Coordinator. You will be responsible for a number of varied and interesting administrative tasks including reception and clinical duties for a number of consultants, booking out-patient appointments and scheduling clinic. You will be providing a reception service so experience in customer service along with excellent communication skills will be very desirable in this role. Experience in HISS Patient System and electronic scheduling would also be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

If you are a highly organised person with good communication skills, would love a new challenge and like to keep busy then this is the job for you.
