This is an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS Provider Collaborative as an inpatient case manager, supporting effective patient pathways across Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Dorset.

The case manager posts are being transferred from NHSE into the Provider Collaboratives. Case managers play a vital role within Provider Collaboratives, providing credible oversight and facilitator of care for patients in receipt of specialised services. They also support the commissioning function by assisting with the monitoring and reviewing of the quality of provision by observing providers in practice and monitoring and reviewing quality information and local intelligence.

The Provider Collaborative has new roles available on both a full and part time basis covering generic CAMHS adolescent inpatient provision as well as secure services, a role which has a regional scope across the south, in relation to admissions to both Bluebird House (medium secure) and Austen House (low secure).
