An exciting opportunity has arisen to apply for a position on our all new Student Bank. We have designed the Student Bank to support Students through the banding system which will enable them to access a wider variety of bank assignments and as such enhance their experiences, skill and knowledge base in preparation for qualification.

It will also provide an opportunity to determine which service you may wish to begin your professional career in.

The Student Bank is available for anyone studying any course that is related to Health and Social care and so we are hoping to develop a full multi-disciplinary team within AWP Temporary Staffing.

Dependent on the course you are studying, the stage you are in your studies combined with any previous relevant experience you may have will determine what bands will be made available to you. It is therefore important you outline this clearly in your application. Exact pay point will be advised following interview and will be commensurate with experience and skills.

We have a designated team of Clinicians to initiate this process and support all student bank workers in the clinical environment.

The AWP Temporary Staffing team are committed to developing a team of workers which provide a standard of service at the highest quality and as such have designed this bespoke Student Bank to support us in reaching our Goal. We are a forward thinking team with a clear vision of which direction we want AWP Temporary staffing to head and the development of the Student Bank is pivotal to achieving this.
