We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated applicant to become part of our friendly and professional team, with this exciting opportunity to come and work in a busy, dynamic environment alongside experienced healthcare practitioners who work autonomously, providing nursing care to patients within their own homes.

Applicants must be highly clinically skilled or workings towards this. The position involves providing support to the team on a day to day basis and to support Community Nursing Sisters as required.

Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh ICT is part of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and work as an Integrated Community Care Team including, Community Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. Our aim is to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, wellbeing and independence of the people we care for.
