Due to the expansion of our organsiation, we are looking for experienced enthusiastic individuals with excellent 1st line/Service Desk support skills to join our team. We are a support team who provide comprehensive IT support to staff spread across multiple locations Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos.

The role is office based and you will be joining our existing three Service Desk staff.
You should have existing comprehensive support experience based around the Microsoft product range as you will be supporting a wide range of hardware and software. Previous experience on a healthcare based Service Desk is preferred but not essential - the role is based at our headquarters in Kingswood.

So if you have the skills and experience to provide excellent friendly support with the ability to communicate with our users in non IT speak then you may be the person we are looking for.
