We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced full-time Team Administration Co-Ordinator to join our busy Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. This position will be placed at Aldrington Centre in Hove.

The post holder will look forward to a challenging and rewarding work environment, in which finding a balance between team working and utilising initiative is important. You will need to have strong time-management skills and be able to prioritise tasks. The ability to foster positive working relationships & being a strong team player is essential as you will be embedded in the heart of the clinical team, working together with our other experienced team administrator.

The post holder will be motivated and able to organise their workload; demonstrate a professional telephone manner, and be able to liaise effectively with other teams and agencies and members of the public. The successful candidate will provide excellent administration and secretarial support to our the clinical team, including minuting meetings, management of clinical case referrals, management and reporting performance systems, as well as playing a key role in training and leadership as we strive for improvement.

Duties will include comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to clinical staff including the manager, supervising the administration team and ensuring the smooth running of the office function, including ensuring sufficient cover is provided in times of sickness and annual leave.

To be responsible for maintaining sickness and absence records for all staff and related employee information.

To act as central secretarial and administrative contact point for the team.

To maintain an overview of the administration function and workflow within the team.

To consistently deliver a client focused service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
