Are you an experienced secretary with excellent IT and communication skills who is looking for an opportunity to join 2 small, friendly and professional teams?

Would you like a role that is interesting and varied which would enable you to extend your portfolio and learn new skills? If so, this could be just want you have been looking for!

We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual with the drive and enthusiasm to support the Service Transformation and Nursing & Quality teams with a range of administrative duties. The duties will include maintaining diaries and facilitating the arrangements around meetings. The candidate will need to prioritise their own workload and have experience in taking minutes at formal meetings. You will be required to work using your own initiative and often with tight timeframes.

Initially, the post is available either on a secondment basis or as a 12 month fixed term contract. (28 hours per week) we will ensure the successful candidate receives a comprehensive induction and support. You will be working directly for the Associate Director of Transformation and Heads of Nursing, which will give the post holder a varied and exciting opportunity to develop new skills whilst also working alongside dynamic and forward thinking teams.

This post is Fixed Term / Secondment for 12 Months
