We are currently seeking to recruit an experience and enthusiastic Spiritual Care Lead to join the Family Support Team at Marie Curie Hospice, West Midlands.

This is a varied and exciting role and will include:


    • Providing spiritual support for patients, carers and staff both in the hospice and the community.
    • Training for staff and volunteers in spiritual care.
    • The recruitment and management of a team of volunteers.
    • The development of partnership working with multi faith groups in the local community.
    • To support the wider family support team in the day to day running of the service.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and forward thinking team and have access to staff development and educational opportunities including appropriate clinical supervision.

The hospice supports patients in a range of settings, including a patient unit, day services and within the patient's own home environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work across all three areas, therefore a driving license is essential for the role.
